Frank Cholette was appointed to the board in January 2024 by the provincial government. Frank is the treasurer for British Columbia Ferry Services and has worked for the organization since 2021.

Frank has more than 25 years’ experience in the public service sector. His background includes pension administration, extensive work in both financial and debt capital markets, and financial risk management in legislative and regulatory environments.

Frank holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance and minor in Economics, a Masters in Finance, and a Credit and Counterparty Risk Manager certificate.
