Help us improve your pension experience by joining our participant list
From time to time, we may invite you to take part in research activities such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and testing online tools. Your participation will help us improve our pension websites, online tools, and communications.
What happens after you sign up
Tell us about yourself
Complete a short survey about yourself. Your answers help us identify research opportunities that may be a good match for you.
Participate in member research
When you join our participant list, you will receive invitations to participate in research activities that may include:
- Surveys
- Focus group discussions
- Interviews
- Testing one of our online tools (for example, the pension estimator or an online form)
Each invitation will include details about the research topic and tasks.
We will be mindful of how often we contact you and will only send occasional invitations to participate.
Taking part is always your choice
Joining our participant list does not mean you have to participate in a study. When you receive an invitation, we encourage you to ask questions as part of your decision-making process to participate or not participate.
You can accept or decline any invitation. You can also leave the participant list at any time by emailing memberexperience@pensionsbc.ca.

- Have general questions about member research and user experience

Your personal information is being collected by BC Pension Corporation for pension plan administrative services, including the evaluation of such services. This collection is authorized under sections 26(c) and 26(e) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
