Registering for My Account is easy. Once you've registered, sign in to find up-to-date information about your pension.


Register for My Account in five easy steps:

  1. Read the terms and conditions
  2. Enter your personal information
    Use a personal email address and phone number
  3. Create a security question
    We will send you a verification email. To complete the next two steps, follow the instructions in the email within two days.
  4. Confirm your identity
  5. Choose a username and password

Protect yourself online

To ensure the safety of your account, please do not share your username or password with anyone. Use a strong, unique password and avoid using personal details, like birthdays or names. Immediately report any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your username and password to us. Only sign in to My Account with your username and password, not someone else’s.

Eligibility

Active, retired and inactive members may register for My Account

Note that My Account has reduced features or is unavailable for some members.

If you’re a former spouse of a plan member, you must be a limited member to use My Account. If you aren’t a limited member, please contact us with your pension questions.

Required information
  • The last three digits of your social insurance number
  • Your Person ID number, which is included on any mail we send you
