Making changes to your plan information

You can make changes to your plan information by signing in to My Account or contacting the plan.


You can sign in to My Account to update your plan information. For some changes, you may need to contact BC's Public Service Pension Plan.

Personal information

Sign in to My Account:

  • To update your personal information, such as your address

Beneficiaries

Sign in to My Account:

  • To nominate or change a beneficiary

Contact the plan:

  • If a beneficiary   has died
  • If a beneficiary has a new address

Changes in marital status

Sign in to My Account:

  • To notify us of a name change after you have married or divorced

Contact the plan:

  • If you have married, become a common-law spouse, or are going through a separation or divorce
  • If your spouse   or beneficiary has died

Pension payments, deductions and tax slips

Sign in to My Account:

  • To update your direct deposit information
  • To view and download your tax slips

Contact the plan:

  • To change the amount of tax taken off your pension payment

Death of a plan member

Contact the plan:

  • If a plan member dies and you are the beneficiary or represent the member’s estate
