Register for My Account

Registering for My Account is easy. Once you’ve registered, sign in to find up-to-date information about your pension, as well as helpful pension planning tools.


Register for My Account in four easy steps:

  1. Enter your personal information
  2. Create a security question
  3. Confirm your identity
  4. Choose a username and password

Once you've completed steps 1 and 2, we will send you a verification email. To complete steps 3 and 4, you must follow the instructions in the email within two days.

To register for My Account, you will need:

  • The last three digits of your social insurance number
  • Your Person ID number (on any letter we send you and on the following statements)
    • active member   – your Member's benefit statement and the Enrolment confirmation statement in your Welcome to the Plan package
    • inactive member   – your Member's benefit statement
    • retired member   – your Pension statement
